Hey All,
If you're like me, at some point recently you've been told by your woman that your baby batter worked. Whether you planned it to work or not, you're probably on the internet at 3am, googling things about being a First Time Dad. Yes, a FTD. Besides all the unwanted advice from men and women alike, I think I'm holding up pretty well. I hope you are too. I do feel a bit of anxiety though and to harness that anxiety I'm feeling I decided to do what hundreds--nay--thousands of men have done since the internet was born: start a blog.
As my first post I guess I'm supposed to talk about all the grand and exciting things I'll be talking about on this blog. Like chronicling the ups and the downs of this crazy adventure. Jotting down the crazy demands my wife makes of me and overall do mental dumps of what I'm feeling when I have a chance. If you need a wall to throw shit against, not literally of course, but if you need to vent and don't want it getting back to your woman. Well you've found one of the quietest nooks on the internet. No traffic means you won't be judged. Well, except by maybe me of course!
I suppose this would be a good place to review all the STUFF that will be coming into our lives, like car seats, ones-ies, titty pumps and poop stuff. If I can save another one of you bro's out there from the mistakes I've made, well then I've done a solid for all Bro-dom.
My wife is currently 5 months pregnant. Things are starting to really pick up now with the "flutters" from the baby. She's still feeling some ill effects from the pregnancy and I still get to hear about it. As a matter of fact she's now loudly proclaiming that I need to massage a knot out of her back and reminding me that her current condition is all my fault.
Until next time my dudes. Stay strong!
